SCARABEUS BINKEL AND GOVERNOR TOM
Scarabeus Binkel, the Emperor of the Binklish Empire, after being lost for a time in the jungles of the Barbaru Hinterlands, came at long last to a curious place called the City of the Moon. Binkel had run low on Parrot Post stamps, so requested more avian express stamp stock from the Governor of Binklish Vuyana. Governor Tom surprised Scarabeus by sending him an assortment of Hummingbird Express Mail stamps.
