SAVE 'SAVE THE SEAL' SEALS

Many stamp collectors have an interest in the labels that

appear in the margins of sheets of stamps. These labels

are a form of 'cinderella,' which is a non-postal stamp.

However this sheet of stamps, being from the fantasy country

of Merreminde, is a cinderella stamp edition. Thus the labels

in these cinderella's margins are 'cinderella cinderellas.'

A Sheet of Stamps Promoting the Protection of Marine Mammals

The Merreminde Postal Administration has issued these stamps

to advance the cause of the seals, who are afflicted with diminished

food resources, acidic water, and particulate plastic debris, all of

which are harmful to sea life.

Insofar as these are a 'cyberstamp' edition, they exist only on

computer file as of the moment. A cyberstamp, as I use the term,

is a stamp that exists only in cyberspace. This is common with

many artistamps.
