THE SUBMARINE MAIL SERVICE OF CETO LOCAL POST
Ceto is a (fantasy) colony found on the southwestern coast of Southern Amphitritonia. The population of this colony primarily live in subaquatic caves. These caves communicate with one another through submarine mail delivery.
Col. Bubblinshk, the postmaster of Ceto, personally delivers the mail. He is seen here on some of the stamps of Ceto.

THE TERRESTRIAL RELAY MAIL OF CETO
A small group of Cetoans live along lakes in the inland reaches of Ceto. Here they must pay the Terrestrial Relay Rate ordained by the postal service.
Col. Bubblinshk personally delivers the mail to these remote lake dwellers. He ususally wears as armour his diving suit, to protect himself from the inimical rays of the sun.
Below is a Specimen stamp forwarded to the postmaster general of the Southern Amphitritonian Postal Union in Sarawa in the region called Xawar to the west of Ceto. Specimen stamps are sent out as samples to indicate to international postmasters, the authentic stamps of the issuing countries in the region.
