The Queen of the Starfish
The Jessamine Isle is a fantasy mermaid micronation that exists
in Oceanos. The Queen of the Starfish is the ruler of the Jessamine
Isle.
The word 'jessamine' is an old fashioned English spelling for the
word 'jasmine.'
