PNEUMATIC MAIL SERVICES IN SASQUATCHIA
Sasquatchia is an island nation to the northwest of the Continent of Amphora. The ingenuity of the Sasquatch population is exemplified by their creation of a unique form of pneumatic mail delivery.
The isle is criss-crossed with many lava tubes. And the lungs of the Sasquatch are quite powerful. Thus they devised a technique of blowing mail through the lava tunnels to central locations where postal clerks sort the envelopes.
The rocks seen on these stamps are some of the 'pretty rocks' used as warning devices by the pneumatic clerks. Many Sasquatch children are fond of playing in the lava tubes. Thus when they hear the sound of rattling stones, it is a sign that mail is coming. So they have time to get out of the way.
