Al Tazwir is the southernmost of the Zababbian Emirates founded by Sheik Zababba. Al Tazwir translates as 'The Forgery' as the Emir of Al Tazwir was known by his shipmates aboard Scarabeus Binkel's flagship as 'The Forger.'
The stamps of Al Tazwir ironically are not forgeries, but a foil, as acceptable examples of vintage collage art, for the emir's faux birth certificate and passport service. The passports are sold cheap to customers of the sheik's ferry service on Lake Wahmia. A special discount is offfered to pirates except the nefarious pirates of Digbyland. The certificates are useful on the local lake where the only local officials are Wahmian Wharf rats....but they seldom fool customs services in outlying lands. LOL
