NOTES ON THE TRANSITION FROM CYBER ART MAIL TO PHYSICAL STAMP COVERS
These covers are the last of my cyber art mail, or covers that are entirely digital art. Subsequently in 2016, I began to create physical stamp covers, often printed on parchment paper, folded into envelopes.
The cancellations continued to be digital on my physical covers. But they were applied by laser printer to physical stamps. None of these recent cancellations were transferred to the rubber stamp medium, as is common with many mail artists.
My next post of Xawar covers will be of my early experiments with physical fantasy stamp covers.
