The map on this stamp cover shows the projected route of the Scarabeus Binkel Rescue Mission. Scarabeus, formerly the sheriff of Binkel County, had gone on a voyage of discovery to the far off Barbaru Coast in Eastern Amphora.
Reports came that he was lost at sea. Thus ensued a local effort back home to rescue Scarabeus.
His cousin, Ned Digby, who was DJ at the Itchy Holler Radio Station, championed the missionary effort. There were seven Digby Brothers. Ned remained at home, but six of the younger brothers set forth a fleet of ships to the Barbaru Coast.

WHEN ITCHY HOLLER BROKE AWAY FROM BINKEL COUNTY
For a short time the community of Itchy Holler had a number of 'Secessionists' who sought independence from Binkel County. This local post stamp by Binky McTool is an example of productions from their post office.
When the Itchy Holler Radio Station began it's Rescue Mission efforts to find Scarabeus Binkel, lost at sea during his voyages of discovery, the Secessionist movement lost steam....and people wanted to join up with their kinfolk in Binkel County.
Thus ended the issues of this short-lived local post.
