CLEAN WATER FOR THE PLANET
A 'cyberstamp' is a stamp that only exists online, not having
yet been printed on paper. They are a form of artistamp, or
artist stamp, being of the genre of faux postage stamps or
cinderellas.
The image for this stamp is an example of digital art imaging,
the design appearing in numerous colorizations, all rendered by
computer.

Thetis is the wife of Oceanos. Oceanos and Thetis, (or Tethys)
are major aquatic divinities from ancient Greece. Thetis is
depicted on this stamp magically transmuting the polluted
waters of the planet into a clean and healthy environment
for all living things.
