The Naiad
Here the Naiad sits by the pool, her cup of wisdom not far off.
It is springtime and the oak has sent forth it's first new leaf.
The Naiad is the oracle of the pool. She speaks only in fresh,
green verse.

see more about Naiads, which are mermaids of freshwater
springs and lakes.
