A MICRONATION BY ERIC WHOLLEM
This is my first published cyberstamp from Fairyland, a realm
for which I have been Postmaster General since the first issues
in DOS System Print Master Program typeface. These were in limted
editons in black on various colored paper stock. This was back in 1999,
at the inception of my Artist Stamps.
These were later reissued in full color from manually rendered
proof sheets, which were then printed on a Canon Laser Printer,
gummed with homemade stamp gum, and perforated by manual
die cutter--in signed edtions of 100.
With so many stamps to create and share with the world, the many
hundreds of my early issues have not yet been viewed online.
This stamp from the Cantharidian Isle is a recent issue from a fairy
kingdom that exists on an ephemeral island off the Scottish coast.
Cantharidia is the isle of my Muse.
