THE DUKE OF RATTU
Rattu Isola, or the Isle of Rattu, was discovered by the Duke of Rattu, whose ship had been lost at sea. Today, 750 years later, the postal administration of Rattu Isola commemorates the history of the island.
The Societa di Stampa in Tikka issued some special stamps this last year with images of the art of Burnes Jones, the Preraphaelite. LOL
