GNOMES, FAIRIES, ELVES AND
OTHER DEVAS OF LEMURIA

This stamp features an original photo by Eric Whollem,
showing formations in a lava flow in Northern California.

It is easy to see faces and figures in this formation. Rocks
and stones are traditionally ascribed to those elemental spirits
called gnomes.

This stamp imaginatively recreates the mythos of  Lemuria,
a land not far removed from fairyland. The cinders of the
lava formation in the photo do not etymologically relate to
cinderella, a term used by stamp collectors to describe
what includes issues from imagination's postal services.
Stamp collectors call fantasy countries "phantoms." Thus
this stamp is a "Lemurian phantom cinderella," which designation
pleases the gnomes.

DEVAS OF THE MOUNTAIN

Devas can manifest as Ascended Masters.

The term deva is from Sanskrit and means literally "god."
The term deva is used to indicate demi-gods, archangelic beings,
well as nature spirits by many spiritual people today.

Mt. Shasta is traditionally described as a place of mysteries.
One mystery is the unusual bell sounds that people often
hear there. I once talked to an old man from the desert. He
told me he could hear the fairy bells on the desert.

In European folklore fairies are said to live often in hills or
mountains or lakes. A Rath is a Celtic fairy hill. Mt. Shasta
may well be such a Rath. And insofar as the area has the
oldest rock strata in the state of California, the gnomes no
doubt have worked there since ancient times.
